The Plan of Development Competition offers participants the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the petroleum industry by designing comprehensive development plans for an oil and gas field. The primary objective is to maximize the extraction of hydrocarbon reserves. Participants are required to consider technical, economic, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) aspects in detail. The competition emphasizes the importance of collaboration, critical and analytical thinking, and the application of innovative problem-solving skills in addressing the given case study. The Plan of Development Competition consists of two rounds: preliminary round and final round.
